Food Industries Polytechnic ensures that all trainers are well-prepared to engage in e-training by equipping them with the essential skills required for using technology, developing engaging e-content, and mastering e-teaching methods. Before they begin training, instructors undergo a comprehensive preparation process to familiarize themselves with the tools, platforms, and techniques needed for successful online learning delivery. This training focuses on ensuring trainers are proficient in the use of digital tools, capable of creating effective e-content, and able to implement interactive and dynamic teaching strategies that enhance the virtual learning experience
